We live in a residential area. Our property is non-smoking and smoking outside may cause inconvenience to our neighbours. Therefore our B&B cannot accommodate guests who smoke. And we appreciate the peace and quiet between 23.00-09.00.

The private B&B with bathroom and kitchen is approx. 37m2 and is on the ground floor of our eco house.
The house is situated in a sustainable development area. With solar cells on the roof, floor heating and hot water from a geothermal heat pump. The private room has a high ceiling (4m20) and a large window with seating in the front.
The sleeping area has normal ceiling height (2m60). The room has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is an ECO clean-air system in the studio and bathroom. The hallway has a marble mosaic floor.

- Located on a dead end road, with a park and canal just in front of the house it is quiet and feels spacious. The view is on the NDSM historic shipyard crane
- We don't serve breakfast in our 'Bed & Breakfast', but you're very welcome to make your own in the well-equipped kitchen
- And..... on our side of the IJ-water you'll find more and more interesting sights
