From the studio it is a 14 minute walk to the hip'n happening NDSM-area for food and drinks. Take the free NDSM-ferry F4 to the city centre.

Note: Not suitable for Night owls and/or Smokers
We live in a residential area. We care about the peace and quiet of our neighbours.
Therefore our B&B cannot accommodate guests who smoke. And it is not suitable for night owls. It must be quiet between 11 pm-9 am.
Our property and the studio are non-smoking and smoking outside may cause inconvenience to our neighbours. Thank you for understanding.

The private studio with bathroom and pantry is approx. 37m2 and is on the ground floor of our eco house.
The house is situated in a sustainable development area. With solar cells on the roof, floor heating and hot water from a geothermal heat pump. The studio has a high ceiling (4m20) and a large window with seating in the front.
The sleeping area has normal ceiling height (2m60). The room has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is an ECO clean-air system in the studio and bathroom. The hallway has a marble mosaic floor.

- CHECK-IN We welcome you personally. Please ring the upper door bell upon arrival.
- SELF CHECK-OUT To be done by 11 am, leaving the keys in the mailbox in the front door.

- Bikes you can rent at walking distance from NDSMBikes.
-You can Park a car on the public street and it may only cost €10 per day!
