De privé kamer met badkamer is ca. 37m2 en is op de begane grond van ons ecohuis. De woning is gelegen in een duurzaam ontwikkelingsgebied. Met zonnepanelen op het dak en vloerverwarming en warm water uit een geothermische warmtepomp.
De B&B heeft een hoog plafond (4m20) en groot zit raam aan de voorkant. De keuken geeft de mogelijkheid tot je eigen ontbijt met heerlijke koffie. Het slaapgedeelte aan de achterzijde heeft een normale plafondhoogte (2m60). In de kamer is een eiken parketvloer met vloerverwarming en -koeling. En een ECO frisse lucht systeem. De gang is voorzien van een marmeren mozaïekvloer.

- Het huis ligt aan een doodlopende weg met uitzicht op het park en het water voor de deur. Een rustig stukje Amsterdam. Vanuit het raam kun je kraan op het NDSM-terrein zien staan
- En..... aan deze kant van het IJ vind je meer en meer interessante oude en nieuwe locaties
- CHECK-IN Wij laten je persoonlijk binnen. Gebruik svp de bovenste bel bij aankomst.
- SELF CHECK-OUT Je kunt tot 11uur uitchecken. Doe de deur op slot en gooi de sleutel door de brievenbus in de deur.
- Als je speciale wensen of vragen hebt, laat het ons dan svp weten. We willen je verblijf zo riant mogelijk maken.
- Fietsen kun je huren bij NDSMBikes dat op loopafstand is.

- How do I get to the studio from Central Station?
Take the ferry F4 most left on the platform at Central Station. At NDSM it is a 1 km walk to the studio. You pass by a supermarket (AH) and wonderful bakeries for breakfast and/bread. You can walk across the NDSM square along restaurants, the street art museum and former ship yard building or take the slightly shorter walk directly.

- Is it save cycling in Amsterdam?
Amsterdam is best explored by bike - it's fast, fun and very local. From our BnB, you can easily reach the city centre, canals, and neighbourhoods like a true 'Amsterdammer'.
Riding
The city is flat - with a few high canal bridges - and bike-friendly, with dedicated (red) bike lanes everywhere. Just follow the traffic rules, use hand signals, and stay alert. Be especially careful around tram tracks - always cross them at an angle to avoid slipping.
Parking bikes
At night you can park your bikes safely in the garden patio at the B&B. Throughout the city bikes can be parked in special bike racks and there are even a few free indoor parking facilities. Always lock your bike properly, avoid blocking sidewalks or bridges, as incorrectly parked bikes may be removed.
