The private B&B with bathroom and kitchen is approx. 37m2 and is on the ground floor of our eco house
The house has solar cells on the roof, floor heating and hot water from a geothermal heat pump. The accommodation has a high ceiling (4m20) and a large seating window in the front
The sleeping area has normal ceiling height (2m60). The room has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is an ECO clean-air system in the studio and bathroom. The hallway has a marble mosaic floor
